Book a Counselling Session
Start by choosing the type of session you require. I offer individual or couples counselling, with all sessions currently held face to face in a warm and confidential space.
Once I receive your email, I’ll aim to be in touch within 24–48 hours to arrange your first appointment. From there, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you.
INDIVIDUAL COUNSELLING
Sessions are 50 minutes and charged from £55
All cancellations must be made with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations received after this period will incur the full session fee.
COUPLES COUNSELLING
Sessions are 60 minutes and charged from £90
All cancellations must be made with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations received after this period will incur the full session fee.
